Ingredients: (Makes 12 muffins)
4 ½ Cups Flour
2 tsp Baking Soda
3 tsp Cinnamon
3 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cloves
½ tsp All Spice
½ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Salt
3 sticks of butter
2/3 Cup Brown Sugar
2/3 Cup Sugar
4 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
Method
Mix wet ingredients, mix Dry Ingredients and combine. Drop ice cream scoop amounts onto a lined baking sheet and bake at 375º for 10-15 mins
