Red Sea Aggressor II®: The North
The Red Sea Aggressor II® is our flagship in the northern Red Sea, and she has been welcoming divers since the Red Sea joined Aggressor’s roster in 2014. She is a spacious 138-foot yacht with a 26-foot beam, built and powered for comfort, safety, and stability. Cruising at 10 to 12 knots from her home port at El Foly Marina in Hurghada, she carries 22 guests with 11 staterooms. Every stateroom is independently air-conditioned with a private head and shower, a porthole or picture window, a hair dryer, fresh towels, and a 32-inch flat-screen TV loaded with more than 400 movies, TV shows, and documentaries. Bring a hard drive and you can plug in to edit underwater photos or video on the same screen.
Onboard you will find a spacious salon, a large sun deck with a shaded area, a hot tub, chaise lounges, and a bar. Meals are varied and plentiful, with fresh Egyptian feasts and local cuisine served alongside international favorites. Wake up to hot entrees, fresh fruit, and cereals. Guests board at 3 p.m. on Saturday and check out the following Saturday at 8 a.m. In between, the North delivers the classic Red Sea diving experience that first put this coastline on the world map.
For divers, the Northern Red Sea is especially renowned for its incredible collection of historic shipwrecks. The legendary SS Thistlegorm is the centerpiece for many guests, offering an unforgettable opportunity to explore a World War II cargo ship resting on the seafloor with motorcycles, trucks, aircraft parts and other wartime cargo still visible. The itinerary also visits Abu Nuhas, known as the “Ships Graveyard,” where several wrecks, including the Giannis D, Carnatic and Chrisoula K, have become spectacular artificial reefs covered in marine life.
The diving goes well beyond wrecks, however. The itinerary includes some of the Red Sea’s most celebrated reefs and walls, including sites within Ras Mohamed National Park and the Straits of Tiran. Divers can expect dramatic drop-offs, colorful hard and soft corals, enormous schools of reef fish and the possibility of encounters with larger pelagic species. At sites such as Shark Reef, Yolanda Reef and the reefs of the Straits of Tiran, the combination of clear water, vibrant coral and currents can make for truly exhilarating dives.

Red Sea Aggressor IV®: The South
Ready to head farther south? The Red Sea Aggressor IV® operates the Southern Red Sea itineraries from the beautiful Port Ghalib yacht marina and resort area, a gated upscale resort community filled with restaurants and shopping. The 141-foot yacht welcomes up to 26 guests on Saturday-to-Saturday charters.
Diving begins Sunday after port clearance and continues through Friday, averaging 20 to 23 dives per 7-night charter and including several night dives. Depths range from 26 to 130 feet (8 to 40 meters), and the yacht carries three dive tenders (two measuring 8 by 21 feet and one at 6 by 16 feet) so you can reach every reef and pinnacle. Pack a 3 to 5 mm wetsuit for summer and a 7 mm for winter; water temperatures average 74° to 82°F.
The southern itineraries are famous for something truly special. Guests routinely swim with pods of up to 60 wild dolphins and have up-close encounters with Oceanic White Tip Sharks. Add in the Red Sea’s legendary soft coral gardens, breathtaking visibility, and remote reefs untouched by day-tripper crowds, and you have some of the finest reef diving adventures anywhere on Earth. Red Sea Aggressor V®: The Deep South
For divers who want to go farther still, the Red Sea Aggressor V® opens up the Deep South, our newest Egyptian frontier since 2022. This region is pristine, untouched, and remote, made up of hundreds of square miles of underwater reefs with unexplored areas still waiting to be discovered. Guests of our chartered Egypt vacation liveaboards can explore the Elba Reef area or the Rocky and Zabargad Island regions, both of which offer some of the most rewarding diving in the country.
The Red Sea Aggressor V is a 131-foot steel yacht with a 30-foot beam, 480 tons across five decks, comfortable for up to 26 guests and equipped with two 25-foot tenders (each powered by an 85 HP motor). She departs from Port Hamata, and her two itineraries alternate weekly, which is a huge advantage. You can book back-to-back trips and cover two completely different sets of reefs in a single vacation, a favorite move for serious divers chasing new territory.
Guests enjoy three to five dives per day on seven-night charters, weather permitting. A 3 mm wetsuit works for summer, a 5 mm for winter, and water temps sit between 74° and 84°F.
