Ingredients:
1 kg shrimp
300ml tamarind sauce
200g palm sugar
50g white sugar
100g fish sauce
20g aromat
10g corn flour
Directions:
Remove shrimp shell then fry them until medium done.
Add Tamarind juice in hot pan then mix palm sugar, white sugar, fish sauce, aromat for 5 minutes.
Add corn flour slowly until sauce thicken.
Add the shrimp in the sauce.
Add fried onions on top of the dish before serving.
Serve with Jasmine rice.
