Ingredients:
½ cup of melted butter
1 cup of white sugar
1 1/2 cups of dark brown sugar
3 eggs
2tsp of vanilla extract
3 cups of flour
1 ½ tsp of baking soda
1 ½ tsp of salt
2 ½ cups of chocolate chips
Procedure:
Place melted butter and both sugars in a mixer and mix on medium speed until smooth. With the mixer running add the eggs one at a time very slowly until blended. Add flour, salt, and baking soda and mix, then add chocolate chips. Place batter right from the mixer into a 10×2 cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until done. Let cool for at least an hour or maybe two. Unmold then slice into wedges. Plate with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and a sprig of mint. Enjoy!!!
